The category choices are bugging me with this one, because it's properly an editorial piece, but I can't find anything like that to put it in. I suppose this will have to do.

This was entirely the brain child of photographer Jeff McLain, who wanted to make a visual commentary on several things, including self-esteem issues and eating disorders. Though I am the model whose face you see, this isn't actually about the fat woman in the mirror. It's about the thin woman who thinks she sees a fat woman in the mirror. Think about it. There's something worthwhile here.

Only to yourself in the mirror. Just do yourself a favour - NEVER act on what you think you see in the mirror. From behind, you look quite slender enough.

This is how my old high school friend felt...
I was there to hug her and help her through though... but eventually she just disappeared. I wonder how she's doing now... still thinking this way, or is better? I don't know.

I don't know if i'm becoming anorexic or not. I did not stopped eating, nor i do the same exercise (well, more than expected, though.) but i'm becoming thinner and i feel fat.

The healthy IMC is between 20 and 25, but mine's 16.

And my belly isn't thin, but my waist and arms are.
My legs aren't thin too.

Well, my belly is not average but my legs are.

And i feel jealous of the other girls of my class. They are thinner. And, again, i feel fat.
