"This is primarily about frustration. It is our expression of the primal urge to destroy that which hinders us. We make excuses for our own shortcomings and blame outside causes. Here, we shred those outside causes and start fresh. Using the visceral experience of destruction to embolden us, we journey on, not looking back."
